The Partners In Networking Concept & Philosophy Illustrated

There are two very large banquet tables, one is in heaven and the other in hell. Both are exactly the same size and in the same type of room, filled with lush flowers and plants and art decor fit for royalty. Both tables also have exactly the same number of people sitting at them and before them the same delicious and fancy gourmet foods from all regions of the world.

The food abounds and the drinks are a plenty. Soft dinner music fills the room, but that is where all the similarities stop, except for one more key component, all the people have a fork in one hand and a spoon in the other AND they all have a long brace tied to both of their arms that extend from the wrist to the shoulder, thereby restricting them from bending their arms at the elbow!

Now, we look at the people in hell, and they all have very long faces, all are grumbling and cursing and blaming each other for how they feel. They are all extremely miserable people and all are very thin, unhealthy and very much in a state of malnutrition. Now we look at the people in heaven, and they all have smiling and joyous faces, all are laughing, singing and praising each other for how they feel. They are all extremely contented people and all are strong, healthy and very physically fit.

Now for the obvious question. Since everything is the SAME in both banquet rooms, why are the physical conditions and attitudes so VASTLY different? Well, the answer, too, is quite obvious, at least to those in heaven anyway, you see, those in heaven understand that you will help yourself MORE by feeding OTHERS than you do by feeding yourself. So, all of those in heaven are all feeding the person on the other side of the table from them, and all those in hell are trying to feed themselves!
